Are You an Accident of Nature?

The Theory of Evolution is one of the most harmful, God denying, dehumanizing ideas in the history of mankind. It can be rigorously shown that complex information cannot be created by mutations plus natural selection. The ratio of bad to good mutations is insanely too high. Chemistry prevents life from forming from non-life. Even evolutionists admit they don't know how life could get started. Organisms CAN adapt and change over time, but NOT by creating new information. Adaptation is the result of rearranging/selecting existing genes, turning genes on or off, and slightly damaging mutations, but not creating new complex information. There is a limit to the kind of change possible. Natural selection may cause finches with pre-existing genes for large or short beaks to dominate based on food, but they will always be finches.

If chemistry determined everything, then all your thoughts were predetermined, you would be a robot. But you are not a robot. You are able to make real choices – free will. Free will and self-awareness come from your spirit, which God forms in us.

Believing explanations that violate known laws of science.

Leading secular geneticists have published papers saying that human DNA (genome) is decaying. Bad mutations are building up in the genome because most mutations are only slightly bad and cannot be removed by natural selection. Each generation passes along 75 to 200 mutations to their children; these are accumulating. Unless God intervenes, humans will go extinct.

Most people don't know that the fossil record does not support evolution. Even Charles Darwin, in his book On the Origin of Species, wrote that the fossil record did not support his theory. Transition fossils are missing - massively. In addition, fossils appear out of sequence, with the supposedly younger species appearing below supposedly older species in rock layers.
